This picture take from the Jam Gadang. This building is the center point of the city. This place is always crowded by people who wants to hang out.

This is the Chinesse Town or they Call with Kampung Cina. In this street there are many Café for foreigner and also Motel. We can see the bridge across this street, it connect two Hills, the right side is Fort de Cock site and the left side is the Zoo. In this street located a Chineese temple.

If you want to go around the city, you can rent for traditional transportation “delman” or “Bendi”

Bukittinggi "Heaven On Earth" Part 1

Located at the foot of the mountain Merapi and Singgalang, the air here is very cool. with beautiful natural scenery. There are many places you can visit. one of them is Sianok Canyon. it is Green canyon. it look like grand canyon in united state, but different. this canyon near the city hall, it is about 10 minutes. from this place we also can see the mountain of singgalang.

this city also rich in history. this is the clock tower located on downtown. formerly it use for monitoring tower in imperealism era. After the independence of the country, it become icon of the city
